Delivery & Info
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for Delivery.
Therefore a signature will be required upon delivery.
Please ensure the address provided when placing your order is correct.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:
INTERNATIONAL orders are accepted and are ONLY sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
Please also keep in mind that International orders can take a few weeks to arrive. Usually they arrive much sooner but customs can hold items up which is out of my control.
Please contact me if you do not receive your item within 3-4 weeks.
**International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages **
NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WHO REFUSE PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOM FEES OR ANY OTHER REASON.
If your country is not showing as eligible to post to, please contact me as I may be able to offer shipping which isn't listed.
If delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful due to nobody being present to sign for your item, it will be held by your local sorting/mail office. It is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery or collection of the item. If you do not do this, the item will be returned to me after a certain length of time.
It will then require more p&p fees to be paid to have it sent again.
Refunds / Returns
Refunds are NOT available on ANY personalised items.
Should you wish to return any other item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds will only be given once I have received the item back again and providing the item is received in the same condition as it was sent.
Customers are responsible for postage costs to return the item to me. These costs will NOT be refunded.
Once I have placed an order with my supplier for any personalised wooden items, the order can NOT be cancelled.
Proof of postage is always maintained.
